ə the last insurance claim i had was more than ten years ago, when the friend of a neighbor hit my car. the last one before that, where my own car was stolen, was earlier still.
i just said that i had not had a claim recently. ə

"State Farm is spending too much money for ads from anything to basketball games to the major leagues painting where everyone sees their logo. They even bought the name to the loved Assembly Hall for the University of Illinois in Champaign and will change the name to the The State Farm Barn or what ever.

Im not paying for their waste of money.!!"

We were with State Farm for 40 years/ Each year they raised the prices on the autos and house. We checked with Travelers on the Internet and get more coverage for our house and save over $400 a year for house and autos.

Very disappointed with State Farm and we are contemplating a lawsuit to make things right. "Big Insurance" is as bad as (or worse" than the perceived dangers of "Big Oil".

I was hit by another vehicle and discovered that under California law (unlike most other states), my UI coverage did not stack on top of the other driver's liability coverage, but would only kick in if my UI coverage exceeded the limits of the other driver's liability. You can bet that I increased my UI coverage to $250K. Hope I never need it.

I've heard that GEICO is difficult to deal with, but I found they were great as both a policyholder and a non-policyholder. State Farm claims agents were just rude.

No tickets, no insurance claims since 1985.
Insurance is a rip off - prefer it wasn't the law.
Should just drive without anyways.

i was sitting still, and the woman that hit me said it was my fault. i tried to deal with the woman outside the insurance company which would have saved her well over $500. she disagreed so i had to turn it into my agent, and it cost her insurance company over $1200. and i did get my copay(deductible) back also. i was happy, bought a $50 bra and was on my way. ps: i had state farm at the time, the best auto insurance available, as long as they are on your side and you are honest. if you are a scam artist, get something like erie.
