Gulf Coast braces for Tropical Storm Karen

GasBuddy Blog -- Tropical Storm Karen may bring more than 8 inches (20 centimeters) of rain, isolated tornadoes and power outages to the U.S. Gulf Coast, where it is expected to go ashore starting today, forecasters said.
