It does happen. When you think about it, Sam's Club is al about saving money. Building gas stations with only two grades saves money. After all, there are only two grades, and the mid-grade pumps simply blend then 50-50. A customer, if he wants, can fill up halfway with one grade and then fill up with the other if they want "mid-grade". If you ever go to Sam's, they don't even offer windshield washing supplies!
